Hi, I was just wondering if this was true and your thought on it if it is. Also does it apply to boys volleyball this spring?
I heard that netting rules are now changed so that were allowed to tap the net when hitting as long as it doesnt interfere with the oppenents play.

of course it's from youtube so its not reliable which is why im checking. BTW I'm against this if it is true
